Join our talented and passionate Culinary team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi. You will work alongside a diverse group of chefs dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences across our restaurants. This role reports directly to the Sous Chef and collaborates closely with fellow chefs and kitchen associates to ensure flawless execution in the assigned kitchen section.

As a Cook, you will play a vital part in crafting high-quality dishes that reflect Rosewood’s commitment to excellence. You will prepare food items according to standard recipes, maintain a pristine and safe kitchen environment, and contribute to the smooth daily operations of your assigned section. Your expertise and attention to detail will support the Sous Chef and elevate the culinary experience for our guests.

• Prepare food items in your assigned kitchen section according to standard recipes and quality expectations.
• Manage mise-en-place to ensure readiness for each service period.
• Maintain high sanitation and food safety standards in accordance with hotel and local regulations.
• Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and cleanliness of food preparation equipment.
• Store all food items correctly at the end of each shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, reporting any hazards or incidents immediately.
  

• You bring at least four years of culinary experience in an international kitchen environment.
• You have strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food presentation, and sanitation standards.
• You thrive in fast-paced environments, working with accuracy, organization, and excellent attention to detail.
• You collaborate seamlessly with colleagues and work with minimal supervision.
• You communicate clearly, understand guest needs, and maintain professionalism at all times.
• You speak, read, and write English confidently, with additional languages considered a plus.
