Overview
As a Delivery Manager – Enterprise AI & ERP Solutions, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex AI-enabled initiatives integrated with enterprise platforms and ERP ecosystems. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting enterprise standards for quality, governance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
This role is suited to a delivery-focused professional who is comfortable operating across business and technology teams, managing ambiguity, and delivering AI-driven transformation within large, complex organisations.

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI and data-driven solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including engineers, data scientists, product managers, ERP specialists, and external partners
- Translate business requirements across procurement, finance, supply chain, HR, and operations into structured delivery plans and execution roadmaps
- Manage delivery governance including planning, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and change control
- Oversee delivery of AI-enabled capabilities integrated with enterprise systems and ERPs (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Workday, Coupa, Ariba or equivalent)
- Act as the primary delivery interface for enterprise stakeholders, building trusted relationships with business, IT, and executive sponsors
- Ensure AI and analytics solutions meet enterprise standards for security, reliability, explainability, auditability, and data governance
- Collaborate closely with product, architecture, and platform teams to align delivery scope with enterprise roadmaps and technical constraints
- Apply agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery methodologies as appropriate for large-scale enterprise and AI initiatives
- Drive proactive risk management, issue resolution, and escalation in regulated or data-sensitive environments
- Coordinate system integrations, data pipelines, and process automation across ERP, SaaS, and internal platforms
- Monitor delivery performance using data-driven metrics and continuously improve delivery processes, tooling, and standards
- Support post-implementation reviews, benefits realisation tracking, and transition of delivered solutions into steady-state operations
- Mentor and support delivery team members, promoting accountability, execution discipline, and continuous improvement
- Ensure stakeholder satisfaction by delivering measurable outcomes such as efficiency gains, cost optimisation, compliance improvement, and operational resilience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years’ experience delivering complex technology or data-driven programmes in enterprise environments
- Proven track record managing multi-stream delivery involving ERP platforms, data, and analytics solutions
- Strong understanding of AI concepts and their application within enterprise workflows (conceptual rather than hands-on development)
- Experience working in regulated or governance-heavy environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with delivery and project management tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence)
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
