About The Role

Analyze complex datasets, develop machine learning models, conduct experimentation, and generate actionable business insights to support data-driven decision-making and business innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, analyze, and prepare structured and unstructured datasets.
• Design, develop, and evaluate predictive and machine learning models.
• Conduct data analysis and experimentation to validate hypotheses and improve model performance.
• Generate actionable business insights through statistical analysis and data modelling.
• Create dashboards, visualizations, and analytical reports.
• Present findings and recommendations to business and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges using data.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in data science or advanced analytics.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience with statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modelling.
• Experience with data visualization tools and communicating analytical findings.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
  

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools.
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
• Experience with cloud-based analytics or machine learning platforms.
