Data And Dashboard Specialist Rail Abu Dhabi UAE

The Data & Dashboard Specialist will be responsible for creating user-friendly dashboards, integrating project data from multiple systems, improving reporting automation, and supporting project teams with visual analytics and performance insights.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.

Translate business, PMO, and project requirements into visual analytics solutions.

Integrate data from Primavera P6, ERP systems, Excel, databases, and project control tools.

Ensure dashboards are accurate, intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with project KPIs.

Automate data refresh, reporting workflows, and dashboard updates.

Collaborate with PMO, project controls, engineers, and stakeholders to improve data usability.

Maintain dashboard performance, data quality, and reporting consistency.

Develop visual reports covering cost, schedule, progress, risk, and performance indicators.

Support data transformation, modeling, and ETL activities.

Qualifications

Degree in Data Analytics, IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in data visualization, BI, dashboard development, or reporting automation.

Strong hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau.

Good knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and data transformation.

Experience in infrastructure, rail, construction, PMC, or project controls environments is preferred.

Strong sense of visual design, data storytelling, and dashboard user experience.

Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
