Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to provide valuable insights that drive informed business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, process, and analyze data from various sources to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities. Your ability to transform raw data into actionable recommendations will be essential in optimizing business strategies and outcomes.

• Develop interactive dashboards using data visualization tools.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on business performance, highlighting areas for improvement.
• Utilize predictive modelling techniques to forecast trends and potential future outcomes based on historical data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations for strategic planning, marketing campaigns, product development, and more.
• Implement data quality standards and best practices to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data assets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and data analysis techniques to enhance analytical capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a business or corporate environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Python, R, or similar tools.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with data cleansing, transformation, and manipulation techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
• Understanding of database concepts and querying languages (SQL).
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts is a plus.
