تقديم خدمة متميزة للمتعاملين عبر مختلف قنوات التواصل من خلال استقبال الاستفسارات والشكاوى ومعالجتها باحترافية، وتزويد المتعاملين بمعلومات دقيقة وفق السياسات المعتمدة بما يعزز رضاهم. يشمل الدور إدارة وتوثيق طلبات المتعاملين، متابعتها والتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية لضمان إنجازها بكفاءة، إضافة إلى المساهمة في الأعمال الإدارية مثل إعداد التقارير وتنظيم البيانات. كما يتطلب التعاون الفعّال مع فريق العمل، الالتزام بمعايير الجودة، والتعامل الإيجابي مع جميع التفاعلات. Deliver high-quality customer service across multiple channels by handling inquiries and complaints professionally and providing accurate information in line with policies to ensure customer satisfaction. The role includes managing and documenting customer requests, coordinating with internal teams for timely resolution, and supporting administrative tasks such as reporting and data organization. Strong collaboration, a positive attitude, and adherence to quality standards are essential.

Minimum Qualification

High school or diploma Proficiency in Arabic and English ثانوية عامة أو دبلوم إجادة العربية والإنجليزية
