As a Customer Service Virtual Assistant, you will be an essential part of our customer support team, providing exceptional service to our clients in a virtual environment. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably online.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other communication tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
