Job Purpose:

The primary purpose of the Customer Service Representative role is to ensure the smooth execution of all logistic administrative processes related to inbound and outbound jobs, truck documentation, and client interaction. The role is essential for maintaining the quality of service, meeting deadlines, and supporting overall business continuity by acting as the key administrative point of contact for clients within the logistics cluster. The representative ensures that company standards and client expectations are met without compromising efficiency or quality.

Responsibilities

  • Preparation and execution of the Logistical Administrative process to meet deadlines. Processing of Inbound, Outbound, Vehicle entry permits, Truck loading plan and MAMAR export clearance documents.
  • Prepare and send complete and accurate daily activity reports. i.e., Packing Plant and Container GRN, Sea and Land Dispatch, Consolidated Racking List and so on
  • Ensure both Warehouse management System and SAP are updated accurately and simultaneously on daily basis.
  • Provide high-quality services to the client within the defined standards and ensure company’s interest is not compromised at any given time.
  • Coordinate with other internal departments on the status of containers planning, ASN issues, Order issues and IT issues with professionalism and promptness.
  • Exhibit confidence of client and support business continuity as the client’s key administrative contact. Send performance reports to client in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Consult with team members to ensure KPI targets and stated performance and quality standards are achieved. Maintain and submit KPI reports as required.
  • Ensure compliance with the Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) Policy and Manual procedures respecting industrial and personal safety and environmental precautions, always considering the safety of everyone. This role has the responsibility and authority to stop and report any unsafe conditions or actions that may result in an undesirable HSSE event
  • Guide new staff towards fair and upward development, support on-the-job training, and provide every possibility of learning to all team members by ensuring all training programs are fulfilled.
  • Maintain proper record management system to enable appropriate storage of files. Transfer records to electronic filing system successively while systematically maintaining the hard copies.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 Years of Experience

Bachelor Degree graduates , preferably with background in Customer Service, Logistics, Shipping or Supply Chain
