Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to resolve inquiries, answer questions, and assist with product or service issues. You will communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive company image.


Responsibilities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
