  • Communicate with internal departments to identify solutions and expedite support requests.
  • Provide product and service information to customers effectively and efficiently.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are completely resolved satisfactorily.
  • Conduct customer feedback analysis to improve service delivery and customer experience.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date understanding of products and services offered.
  • Assist in the preparation of service reports that capture key operational metrics.
  • Identify trends in customer calls to proactively handle potential issues or concerns.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and display a high degree of empathy.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and online communication tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
