As a Customer Service Representative at company 28N25, you will be at the forefront of delivering high-quality support and service to our valued customers. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat platforms.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicate with internal departments to provide feedback and expedite solutions.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies at all times.
  • Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Proactively engage customers to build positive client relationships.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better service levels and outcomes.
  • Assist with product knowledge training and documentation for onboarding new team members.
  • Contribute to sales by identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products.

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening capabilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in high-stress situations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically on your feet.
