Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive image for our company. You will be responsible for interacting with customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving their issues efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to handle a high volume of interactions, and a strong customer-first attitude. You will be the first point of contact for customers and will need to accurately document and handle complaints, orders, and other queries. Being adaptable, patient, and resilient are key traits for success in this role.


Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat platforms.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and engagement.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, processing accounts, and filing documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies with great accuracy.
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage and resolve complex issues.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open communication.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right systems and tools.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and service offerings to provide informed assistance.
  • Engage in team meetings and trainings to enhance service delivery and skills.

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Service Representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening capabilities are mandatory.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is highly desirable for this position.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively under pressure.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
