  • Handle sensitive information in compliance with company policy and privacy regulations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification; associate's or bachelor's preferred.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or similar role is advantageous.
  • Exemplary communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interactions.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications like MS Office.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.
  • Demonstrated capacity for empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns.
