Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at our company, you will be the cornerstone of the customer-business relationship, ensuring clients have a seamless and positive experience with our products and services. Your role will be integral to maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing timely and effective responses to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering advice. Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage an average of 40+ incoming customer inquiries daily.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and resources.
  • Resolve product or service issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Ensure customer complaints are processed promptly and resolved to maintain satisfaction.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to streamline service delivery.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and prevent churn.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Research and provide solutions for reported customer issues to enhance service quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer service and meet targets.
  • Attend training programs to stay updated with product knowledge and service procedures.
  • Proactively engage with customers to ensure continual service enhancement.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred in relevant field.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar customer-focused role.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices to enhance service delivery efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain professional under pressure.
