  • Monitor the inventory and report low-stock items to ensure availability of products.
  • Help customers understand product features and benefits to encourage informed purchasing decisions.
  • Collect customer feedback to improve service operations and elevate customer satisfaction levels.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and tidiness, contributing to a pleasant shopping environment.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on store policies and new products.
  • Assist in coordinating store events and activities to boost customer engagement and sales.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with retail operations standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse customers effectively.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multitask in a busy retail setting.
  • Basic math skills for processing cash, credit, and check transactions accurately.
  • Friendly and patient disposition with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
