Job Description

As a Customer Service Associate at Retail 10N25, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers. You will handle customer inquiries, process transactions, and ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and friendly service. You will also be responsible for maintaining the appearance and organization of the store, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for all customers. Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and transaction processing with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain the presentation and organization of the store to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Assist in stocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting regular inventory checks.
  • Develop product knowledge to effectively assist customers with selection and make recommendations.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Collect customer feedback and communicate necessary information to the management team.
  • Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges professionally according to store policy.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
  • Participate in continuous professional development and training initiatives provided by the company.
  • Contribute to meeting sales targets and store objectives through effective customer service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education level is mandatory.
  • Proven customer service experience in a retail environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle difficult situations and resolve issues with patience.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and point of sale systems is desirable.
