Job Description

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients and customers receive exceptional support and service.   • Participate in training sessions to enhance personal knowledge and service skills.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role is essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach are necessary.
  • Comfortable using computer systems and software applications for data entry.
