We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our vibrant team.   • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and retention.
  • Document detailed customer interactions and process accounts accurately.
  • Provide detailed information about products, services, and promotional offers.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies consistently.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide customer-centric solutions.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve services and product knowledge.
  • Consistently achieve performance targets and maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Gather feedback and relay customer insights to promote process enhancements.
  • Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and requests.

Requirements

  • Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is advantageous.
