  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services.
  • Update customer records accurately in the database after each interaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor and report feedback from customers to improve service processes.
  • Handle customer refunds, exchanges, and returns following company policies.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance service skills and product knowledge.
  • Meet departmental performance metrics and quality standards consistently.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail is mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and databases effectively.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
