Job Description

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be at the forefront of ensuring exceptional service and support to our valued customers. Your primary role will involve managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and delivering an excellent experience. You will serve as the voice of the company, portraying our brand values and dedication to service excellence. Your ability to empathize, communicate clearly, and provide effective solutions will be crucial to your success in this role. You will work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies diligently.
  • Record details of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues.
  • Keep records of customer interactions for future reference.
  • Engage customers through personalized and engaging communication.
  • Proactively reach out to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening capabilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • A customer-oriented attitude with the ability to handle challenges effectively.
  • High school degree; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
