CRM Technical Specialist - Department Culture And Tourism M F D

A leading technology services provider delivering enterprise-grade solutions for government and private sector organizations. The company is seeking a CRM Technical Specialist to design and implement advanced CRM and Power Platform solutions for a major transformation program in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
• Build and customize model-driven and canvas apps, automate business processes using Power Automate, and manage environments via Power Platform Admin Center.
• Develop custom extensions and integrations using C#, JavaScript, Plugins, Custom Workflows, and REST APIs for Dataverse and external systems.
• Collaborate with functional and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical architectures and secure configurations.
• Implement DevOps-based CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for deployment, version control, and ALM best practices.
• Ensure solution performance, security, and compliance, while providing technical leadership and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• 5–7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service).
• Strong expertise in Power Platform administration and operational management.
• Hands-on experience with custom development (C#, JavaScript, Plugins, Workflows) and API integrations.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics certifications preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
