Creative Operation Manger

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Creative Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our jewelry studio. This role requires someone with strong management ability, strategic thinking, and the confidence to build structure, improve workflows, and ensure projects move smoothly from start to finish.

What You Will Do

• Lead and manage daily studio operations

• Plan timelines, pipelines, and workflows for all projects

• Identify gaps and challenges in the workflow and implement solutions

• Create systems, SOPs, and development plans to improve efficiency

• Track progress on sampling, production, packaging, and studio tasks

• Manage and supervise team members to ensure timely and accurate execution

• Plan ahead for exhibitions, events, and business needs

• Maintain brand and product standards across displays, packaging, and presentations

• Prepare reports, planning sheets, and simple presentations

• Support website updates and digital file organization

• Ensure smooth coordination between studio, suppliers, and management

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in operations or project management

• Understanding of workflows, processes, and business procedures

• Ability to think strategically and anticipate future needs

• Skilled in creating systems, improving processes, and planning ahead

• Strong Excel and planning skills (timelines, tracking sheets)

• High level of organization and attention to detail

• Creative background (product design, fashion, branding, visual arts) is a plus

• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities

• Fast learner, smart, reliable, and solution-oriented

• Someone who can deliver both quick wins and long-term improvements

• Master or Bachelor’s Degree from a UAE-recognized and attested institution

• Degree must be within these scopes: Business Administration / Operations Management / Project Management / Supply Chain & Logistics / Multimedia

• Design background is a plus
