The Corporate Services Executive is a key player within an organization, responsible for ensuring corporate services functions run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves overseeing various departments such as human resources, administrative services, and IT support to ensure they contribute positively to the overall strategic goals of the company. Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily operations of corporate services departments to maintain efficiency.
  • Develop and enforce corporate policies and procedures for improved organizational performance.
  • Ensure effective communication between departments and senior management to align goals.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental projects to ensure they meet corporate objectives and timelines.
  • Handle budget planning and allocation for corporate services to optimize resource utilization.
  • Lead human resources initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Implement and supervise IT solutions that support business productivity and data security.
  • Facilitate board meetings and manage the preparation of the required documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within corporate services functions.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships for outsourced services and supply management.
  • Develop strategies to enhance office environment and corporate culture.
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field is required.
  • Proven experience in a corporate services or administrative management role necessary.
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with different departments and stakeholders.
  • Strategic planning and organizational skills to drive corporate initiatives successfully.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, financial planning, and resource management essential.
  • Experience with IT management systems and an understanding of data security practices.
