Job Description

A Corporate Services Executive plays a pivotal role in fostering an efficient and organized office environment within a corporation. They are responsible for ensuring that the internal services necessary to manage an office are effectively coordinated, while supporting the company's goals and objectives. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily corporate services operations to ensure efficiency and reliability.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance corporate service delivery standards.
  • Coordinate and manage corporate procurement activities to ensure alignment with budget limits.
  • Maintain organizational protocol by developing and updating procedural documentation regularly.
  • Facilitate internal communication to ensure seamless interdepartmental collaboration and support.
  • Negotiate and maintain vendor relationships to ensure quality service and cost-effectiveness.
  • Administer the corporate budget by closely monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Support human resources by participating in recruitment, training, and employee engagement efforts.
  • Promote health and safety protocols within the corporate environment and ensure compliance.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management on corporate service activities and performance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure the office environment is conducive for productivity by managing equipment and facilities effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience in managing corporate services operations for a mid to large-sized business.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across different departments.
  • Experience in procurement and vendor management with effective negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement operational strategies that drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Proficient in using office software such as MS Office Suite and project management tools.
