As a Corporate Recruiter in the automotive industry, you will play a crucial role in identifying and hiring the talent that drives the success of our organization. Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate suitability and alignment with company culture.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process for a positive experience.
  • Negotiate offers with candidates, ensuring alignment with company salary structures and budget.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment databases for tracking candidate progress and recruitment metrics.
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes and implement new technologies to enhance efficiency.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to build employer brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive sector and its unique talent needs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in using recruiting software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful placements.
