Job Description

The Corporate HR Executive plays a crucial role in managing the human resources functions of an organization, ensuring a productive workforce and a harmonious work environment. This position involves overseeing recruitment processes, talent management, and employee relations strategies. The HR Executive is responsible for aligning HR initiatives with corporate goals and maintaining regulatory compliance. As a key player in the HR department, the Corporate HR Executive is involved in training and development, policy formulation, and performance evaluations. This role requires strong leadership and excellent communication skills to manage diverse teams and to foster a collaborative workplace culture.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that are aligned with business objectives and corporate goals.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the organization attracts high-quality employees.
  • Oversee employee benefit programs and negotiate with third parties for competitive packages.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Develop, update, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct performance reviews and ensure feedback mechanisms are effective and constructive.
  • Foster a positive working environment and address any employee relations issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with departmental managers to identify personnel needs and design organizational structures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies at all times.
  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records in compliance with HR confidentiality practices.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to create an equitable workplace for all employees.
  • Review and improve the HR department's performance through developing applicable metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills in dealing with diverse teams.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a high-performing HR team effectively.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications is a must.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Certification through a recognized body such as SHRM or HRCI is highly desirable.
