Job Description

A Corporate HR Executive plays a crucial role in the strategic management and oversight of human resources functions within an organization. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands and grievances.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain talent.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development of employees.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to other HR specialists and staff members.
  • Maintain a productive work environment by resolving conflicts and managing issues.
  • Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and data.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and policies.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives for health and safety standards at work.
  • Execute training and development programs to boost team capabilities.
  • Lead efforts to improve organizational culture in support of business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in an HR executive role.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing change and organizational growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with exceptional communication abilities.
  • Proficient in HR software and management systems used industry-wide.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
