Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure hiring of top talent.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Create a positive employee relations culture that enhances employee engagement and retention.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development of programs and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and mitigate employment risks to the organization.
  • Evaluate HR processes and implement improvements to increase operational efficiency.
  • Manage employee performance review process to ensure employee development and growth.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to ensure consistency and adherence.
  • Handle disciplinary matters following due process while maintaining fairness and confidentiality.
  • Oversee the organization's diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to foster an inclusive workplace.
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops to reinforce professional development and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Proven experience as an HR executive or relevant role in a corporate setting.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices for compliance assurance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Experience in talent acquisition and management, including performance management frameworks.
  • Ability to develop and manage organizational culture and change management initiatives.
