Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present impactful proposals and presentations to senior management and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project implementation.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to ensure mutual benefit and agreement terms.
  • Provide detailed account updates, forecasts, and reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Resolve client issues promptly to maintain client trust and sustain long-term business relationships.
  • Manage and track client interactions and sales activity using CRM software with accuracy.
  • Organize and participate in networking events to promote the company's vision and build clientele.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to effectively align them with client needs.
  • Mentor junior staff members to build a strong, capable sales team within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field of study preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or account management role, particularly with corporate clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in previous roles.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to interact with varied stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand and address client needs effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for sales tracking and analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver on objectives and meet deadlines.
