Job Description

Role Purpose

• Interact with medical units to define the needs for new or changes to existing Adjudication Rules

(ARs)/automation rules and training & evaluation at any hierarchical level, by accurately capturing

and translating requirements and pain points into valid solutions based on solid business cases

• Develop simple to medium complexity ARs, automated rules and related medical strategic concepts in

line with the end-to-end automation process view of the company

• Support delivery training to medical units as per agreed training and evaluation program and

implement AR automation/implementation on available systems (RE, BRMS, MedNeXt)

• Assist in documenting medical decision processes, evaluate quality of developed ARs/automation rules

and prepare prioritisation/planning of ARs/automation rules, development/updates and evaluate and

report on the effect of implemented ARs/automation rules upon request

• Identify and support the medical unit improvement opportunities

• Provide input and support to strategic medical or business improvement initiatives

• Deliver high quality customer service by building relationships with all internal and external

stakeholders while respecting medical and work ethics at all times

• Ensure that Pharmaceutical business decisions and process are documented in a professional way,

adhering to Daman’s communication requirements
