General Description Is Provided Below

• Management / Administration of the project contract ensuring that the project is performed in line with Contractual obligation;
• Monitor and pro-actively address contract risks of critical work packages (subcontractors, vendors) and propose remedial actions;
• Manage the change process on the project, including change orders, claims, back charges, penalties, etc;
• Liaising with project team, coordinate Contract Review, participate to meetings;
• Administration of all contractual correspondence with Clients, subcontractors, consortium partners; and other responsibilities as assigned by the Project and Area Contract Management
