ABOUT THE ROLE

A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in UAE is expanding its root canal therapy, dental pain management and microsurgical endodontics services and is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Endodontist to join its growing clinical team. ROLE OVERVIEW

The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced dental consultants, restorative dentists, prosthodontists, periodontists, oral surgeons, dental nurses and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Diagnose and manage pulpal, periapical, endodontic and dental pain conditions.
• Perform root canal treatment, endodontic retreatment, apical surgery and trauma-related endodontic care according to scope.
• Provide advanced endodontic treatment including complex root canal therapy and microsurgical endodontics where appropriate.
• Use dental operating microscopes, magnification, CBCT, rotary and reciprocating systems and modern endodontic techniques where available.
• Assess cracked teeth, dental trauma, failed root canal treatments and periapical pathology and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Collaborate with restorative dentists, prosthodontists, periodontists and oral surgeons for comprehensive dental treatment plans.
• Counsel patients on prognosis, treatment options, risks, maintenance and follow-up.
• Maintain infection control, radiographic safety, informed consent and accurate clinical documentation standards.
• Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

• Recognised specialist qualification in Endodontics
• MDS / DClinDent / MSc Endodontics with specialist registration where applicable
• American Board of Endodontics or equivalent

• Arab Board or equivalent recognised specialist qualification
