Overall Construction Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi

We are currently looking for an experienced Overall Construction Manager to join a leading PMC team for a major LNG project in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all site construction activities for the LNG project ensuring alignment with project schedule, quality, and safety standards.
• Oversee EPC contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and PMC requirements.
• Ensure construction activities are executed in accordance with HSE policies, procedures, and international standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor construction progress and provide regular reporting to project management and client.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with client specifications, local regulations, and industry best practices.
  
  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Electrical or related discipline).
• Minimum 20+ years of experience in Oil & Gas projects.
• Extensive experience in LNG projects is mandatory.
• Strong background working in PMC roles on large-scale EPC projects.
• Proven experience managing large multidisciplinary construction teams.
• Experience in Middle East projects is preferred.
  
  

• Experience in FEED to EPC execution phases.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with mega LNG facilities, cryogenic systems, and large-scale industrial construction.
