Job Title: Construction Manager – Offshore Topside Project

KBR is growing its Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team for an exciting, high‑profile offshore development in Abu Dhabi. We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager who brings deep expertise in managing mega offshore EPC/PMC projects and delivering world‑class construction excellence. The ADNOC PMC project role would be based initially in Contractors Office in Abu Dhabi and will then move to the Offshore Site Location 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off ( Rotation Cycle)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction activities across all project phases for a major offshore development.
• Ensure project execution aligns with PMC standards, client requirements, and industry best practices.
• Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and site
  
  

• Minimum Overall 20+ years of experience
• 10+Years in oil and Gas industry.
• Must have previous experience working in offshore projects - EPC or PMC.
• Must have at least five (5) years of experience in similar position for international Oil & Gas projects.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Offshore projects preferably having Modular / Fabrication Experience is an added advantage.
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering is a MUST.
