As a Construction Manager at our organization, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion. Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise construction projects from start to finish within budget.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors effectively and efficiently.
• Review and interpret project plans and specifications for accuracy and feasibility.
• Prepare internal and external reports on job status regularly and accurately.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
• Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities to ensure compliance.
• Determine resource requirements, such as labor, material, and equipment needs.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise throughout the process.
• Ensure high-quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
• Develop risk management strategies to minimize project risks and setbacks.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations throughout the construction site.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders for successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a construction manager or similar supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.
• Understanding of building codes and ability to interpret technical documents.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Strong decision-making skills and capable of working under pressure.
• Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office applications.
