The role of a Construction Manager is vital to ensuring that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. The Construction Manager will oversee all phases of the construction process from planning, coordination, to execution. This includes working closely with engineers, architects, and other construction professionals to develop project plans and ensure all construction activities comply with respective safety regulations and company standards. Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate and oversee the work of subcontractors and construction staff.

• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients and contractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or related position.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Proven experience in managing multiple large-scale construction projects successfully.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, good at conflict resolution.
• Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office suite.
