Role Overview

We are seeking Confluent Kafka Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise-scale event streaming platforms. The role focuses on Confluent Kafka development, UAT, production support, cluster management, and real-time data streaming to power mission-critical banking applications.

Key Responsibilities

Kafka Development

• Design and develop Kafka-based event streaming solutions.
• Build producers, consumers, and stream processing applications.
• Develop Kafka Connect integrations with enterprise systems.
• Implement KSQLDB and Kafka Streams applications.
  
  

• Monitor and maintain Confluent Kafka clusters.
• Troubleshoot performance, latency, and data integrity issues.
• Perform patching, upgrades, backups, and routine maintenance.
• Support UAT, production deployments, and on-call operations.
  
  

• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams.
• Ensure data consistency, scalability, and platform reliability.
• Implement monitoring and logging for Kafka environments.
• Contribute to CI/CD automation and platform improvements.
