Concierge Physician — Private Estate Medical Lead — Abu Dhabi

A private household in Abu Dhabi is recruiting a UK & European-trained concierge physician within the familys private estate medical lead arrangement.

Through the summer months and on shorter trips, the same concierge physician is by their side, and the rhythm of the household is protected wherever it settles.

The employment relationship is with the family in a direct agreement, with our role limited to a careful introduction.

Requirements

Candidates need full registration as a family medicine physician (GP) within a UK or European system.

You bring 3 or more years of unsupervised clinical experience to build lasting trust with a family.

We place only practitioners with UK or European training and registration, and that standard does not move.

Excellent English along with strict confidentiality undertakings are part of the trust the family places in you.

Composure, a steady manner and an unfailing sense of trust are asked of you.

You need to be prepared to move at short notice with a valid passport.

Benefits

Salary: £218,000 a year gross.

The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances.

Medical insurance covered.

Professional indemnity insurance is not included; the clinician arranges their own cover.

You receive paid annual leave under a permanent contract with the family.

Your contract is with the family directly, once our verification of your registration is complete.

Flights and travel are always paid for by the family.

Engagement essentials

Availability to begin within six weeks of offer.

Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.

Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the familys own office and advisers.
