Responsibilities

  • Greet all guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival.
  • Provide guests with accurate and comprehensive information about hotel services.
  • Assist guests with reservations, dining recommendations, and transportation arrangements.
  • Coordinate and execute special requests to ensure guest satisfaction and comfort.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of local attractions and events for guest recommendations.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing lobby and front desk area.
  • Offer personalized services to meet the unique needs and preferences of guests.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with guests to confirm their satisfaction with services delivered.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and service delivery.
  • Keep accurate records of guest feedback, preferences, and any special instructions.
  • Provide training and mentorship to new team members to uphold service standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a concierge or in a similar customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong knowledge of local attractions, dining, and entertainment venues.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to multitask effectively.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor that reflects company standards.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Empathy and patience to handle complaints and provide solutions diplomatically.
  • Proficient in using hotel management software and other relevant technology.
  • Strong attention to detail and dedication to providing quality customer service.
