Job Description
- Lead internal and external communications strategy across the organisation
- Establish communications governance, standards, and best practices
- Drive organisational change and transformation communications initiatives
- Oversee brand management, reputation, and communications consistency
- Provide strategic communications counsel to senior leadership
- Manage external agencies, partners, and specialist suppliers
- Lead and develop an established communications team
- UAE National with extensive communications leadership experience
- Proven track record transforming or building communications functions
- Experience leading both internal and external communications activities
- Strong background in organisational change and transformation communications
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and leadership teams
- Experience managing teams, communications frameworks, and brand governance
