Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the commissioning team across offshore projects.
  • Develop and implement commissioning procedures and schedules.
  • Coordinate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure readiness.
  • Oversee pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout all phases.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide technical guidance to resolve commissioning challenges.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and handover packages.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 18 years of commissioning experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong offshore experience, including platforms, FPSOs, or subsea systems.
  • Excellent understanding of commissioning processes, systems integration, and start-up.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET, HUET) required or preferred.
