Job Description

As a Commercial Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our company's sales goals and account management initiatives. Charged with cultivating strong client relationships, you will identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining existing accounts. You will represent our brand and ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. This role demands a strategic thinker who can balance the needs of our clients with company objectives. As a crucial liaison between our clients and the internal team, you will work in a dynamic environment that requires exceptional interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of our services.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to promote growth in the commercial accounts sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular engagement.
  • Actively seek new sales opportunities through networking and referrals from existing clients.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify potential opportunities for growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions to meet clients' specific needs.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to management and clients regularly.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to ensure clients' needs and expectations are met effectively.
  • Participate in industry events to increase brand awareness and expand the client base.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members to enhance their skills and career development.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all dealings.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in account management or sales in a commercial setting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance metrics.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
