Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Account Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our company's commercial segment by building strong relationships with clients and providing outstanding customer service. As a Commercial Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential commercial opportunities, managing the sales cycle, and achieving and exceeding assigned revenue goals. You will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying opportunities, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients through research and outreach activities.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new commercial opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies.
  • Lead negotiations with prospective clients to secure favorable contracts and terms.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and market feedback to management.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, competitors, and regulations.
  • Train and mentor junior sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Commercial Account Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives consistently.
