Job Description

The Commercial Account Executive is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for driving sales and managing relationships with commercial clients. This position requires a proactive individual who can not only identify and secure new business but also nurture existing accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty. Our ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a keen understanding of the commercial market to effectively understand and meet client needs. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to achieve sales targets, create innovative solutions for clients, and contribute to the overall growth and integrity of our company’s commercial operations.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
  • Maintain and foster relationships with key commercial accounts to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Prepare and present proposals and presentations to potential and existing clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms to balance client satisfaction and company profitability.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitive offerings.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and achievements.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote products.
  • Oversee the resolution of client issues and conflicts in a professional manner.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the product development team for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years proven experience in commercial sales or account management.
  • Strong understanding of commercial market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required for success.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas on a consistent basis.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
