Job Description

• Welcome members and guests courteously and provide personalized, attentive service
• Present menus, explain food and beverage offerings, and make recommendations when required
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, following club service standards
• Ensure tables, service areas, and surroundings are clean, organized, and well-maintained
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions
• Follow hygiene, grooming, and food safety standards at all times
• Handle bills, payments, and transactions accurately where applicable
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding club members and operations
• Assist with setup and closing duties as required
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth service operations
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress, preferably in a fine dining, or luxury hospitality setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining service quality
• Proficiency in English. Additional language skills are a plus
• Food Safety and Hygiene certifications
• Knowledge of wine and food pairing principles
• Excellent memory and attention to detail
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry heavy trays
• Demonstrable experience in handling high-value transactions and maintaining discretion
