Cloud DevSecOps Engineer

A leading financial institution is embedding security into its cloud delivery processes to enable secure, automated, and scalable deployments. The organization is seeking a Cloud DevSecOps Engineer to integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines and operational workflows under a shared responsibility model.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines using Git-based workflows and structured peer review processes.
• Implement infrastructure and application deployment automation using infrastructure-as-code tools and frameworks.
• Integrate security controls such as code scanning, IaC scanning, and secrets management into delivery pipelines.
• Standardize deployment patterns to improve reliability, reduce operational risk, and support repeatability.
• Support application teams with automation, cloud migrations, and optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with platform, security, and operations teams to continuously improve delivery practices and security coverage.
• Champion a shift-left security mindset and promote transparency and knowledge sharing across teams.
  
  

• Strong DevOps and cloud engineering background with hands-on automation and scripting experience.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD, GitOps principles, and cloud-native services.
• Experience embedding security controls such as scanning and secrets management into delivery pipelines.
• Ability to take end-to-end ownership of delivery and operational outcomes.
• Strong values around peer review, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to operate effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Experience working across multi-disciplinary teams with strong communication skills.
