The Clinic Manager for Day Care 17M26 is integral to ensuring the smooth and efficient management of daily operations within a day care clinic setting. This role involves overseeing the administrative, financial, and clinical aspects of the clinic to ensure high-quality patient care and optimal operational performance. The Clinic Manager is responsible for managing the clinic's resources, including personnel, budgets, and supplies, to create a welcoming and efficient environment for both patients and staff. Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth functionality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of five years of clinical management or healthcare administration experience.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills in a clinical environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with staff and patients.
  • Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively.
