Job Description

Duties And Responsibilities

Welcome patients and visitors politely.
Book, confirm, cancel, and reschedule appointments.
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient inquiries.
Register patients and update their information in the clinic system.
Coordinate appointments with doctors and nurses.
Handle billing, payments, receipts, and insurance documentation when required.
Explain clinic services and direct patients to the appropriate department.
Maintain patient confidentiality and organize medical records.
Keep the reception and waiting area clean and professional.
Follow clinic policies and applicable UAE healthcare regulations.

Qualifications And Skills

Good communication skills in English and Arabic is required.
Previous clinic or hospital reception experience is preferred.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and appointment systems.
Friendly attitude, professional appearance, and good customer service.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
