As a Fashion Merchandiser at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our product lines align with market trends and consumer demand. Responsibilities

• Evaluate supplier performance and conduct quality assurance checks on merchandise.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor product presentation and inventory levels.
• Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, trends, and consumer demands.
• Work with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies for new products.
• Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies to stay competitive in the market.
• Develop strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely acquisition of merchandise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in fashion merchandising, retailing, or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data effectively.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with both suppliers and team members.
• Good understanding of fashion trends, market dynamics, and consumer behaviors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and retail management software.
