Job Description

The Client Relationship Manager- Real Estate is a key role within our organization, responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with clients for long-term satisfaction and growth. As a bridge between our company and our valued clients, the Client Relationship Manager ensures that client needs and expectations are met while finding opportunities to provide additional value through our services. This role requires an in-depth understanding of the real estate market and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will thrive on establishing trust with clients, developing strategies to retain their business, and identifying new business opportunities from existing relationships.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate clients on an ongoing basis.
  • Understand clients' real estate needs and expectations to deliver appropriate services.
  • Provide timely and effective responses to client inquiries and issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing client relationships to enhance revenue.
  • Conduct regular review meetings to assess client satisfaction and areas for improvement.
  • Develop strategies to increase client retention and loyalty in the real estate sector.
  • Document and report on client feedback and industry trends to improve offerings.
  • Supervise the performance of client accounts and provide guidance for improvements.
  • Assist in the negotiation of contracts and agreements to support client objectives.
  • Stay informed about real estate market trends to advise clients effectively.
  • Provide educational opportunities and workshops to enhance client knowledge in real estate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in client management, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interaction.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to client needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet objectives.
